What to Expect during your Appointment

Diagnostic & Screening Ultrasounds

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early for your ultrasound appointment. 

When you enter the building, you’ll find a reception area and a comfortable waiting room. Please make yourself comfortable; your sonographer will greet you as soon as they are ready. 

At that time, our staff will:

  • Greet you (and any support people)
  • Confirm your paperwork is completed (please have your healthcare provider's information readily available)
  • Verify your name and date of birth
  • Escort you to the ultrasound room and begin your appointment

Please note: While we make every effort to stay on schedule, we appreciate your patience should minor delays occur. 


For All Diagnostic & Screening Ultrasounds

  • Your paperwork will be sent to you 1-3 days before your appointment and must be completed online prior to your arrival.
  • We will ask you about your medical history that is relevant to your ultrasound


What to Bring with You

  • Documents important to your medical history
  • Proof of identification
  • Current medications that may be relevant to your appointment

Canceling and Rescheduling Your Appointment

Things Come Up, We Understand


We know life is unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change your appointment. 


Need to Cancel/Reschedule?

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than the required notice will be subject to a non-refundable fee.

  • Cancellation policy - please provide at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Reschedule policy - please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule


No-Show Policy 

If you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee is due immediately.

  • We reserve the right to charge these fees for up to 14 days after the missed appointment if your card on file is declined.
  • No-shows must prepay for all future appointments. Fees are non-refundable.


Late Arrival 

If you’re running late, please call and text us as soon as possible. We may still be able to accomodate you. 

  • To respect other clients’ scheduled appointment times, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. 
  • If we cannot accommodate you, a missed appointment fee will apply, and we will reschedule your appointment.
